In addition, Huertas dished 7 assists, matched his Euroleague career-high with 4 steals, pulled down 3 rebounds and drew 6 fouls for a performance index rating of 30, the most among all players on winning teams this week. Tied with Huertas with an index rating of 30 was Zoran Erceg of Galatasaray Liv Hospital Istanbul. In a hard-fought 89-84 loss at Real Madrid, Erceg collected 24 points, 5 assists and 4 rebounds. EA7 Emporio Armani Milan’s guard Keith Langford compiled an index rating of 29 in a huge 81-51 win over the two-time reigning champ Olympiacos Piraeus. Langford scored 29 points, had 4 rebounds, and drew 9 fouls. Sharing fourth place with index ratings of 26 were Justin Dentmon of Zalgiris Kaunas and Tarance Kinsey of Partizan NIS Belgrade. Individual leader: Keith Langford of EA7 Emporio Armani Milan, 29 points

Keith Langford checked in as the Round’s top scorer with 29 points. He is now tied for second in the competition in scoring with 16.8 points per game, second only to Bojan Bogdanovic of Fenerbahce Ulker with an average of 17.4 per game. Devin Smith of Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv and John Bryant of Bayern Munich each grabbed 12 rebounds to lead all Round 2 players. Joffrey Lauvergne sits atop the Euroleague rebounding charts with 9.3 per night; Bryant is fifth among Top 16 participants with 7.3 per game. Carlos Arroyo of Galatasaray dished 10 assists against Real Madrid to top all players in Top 16 Round 2. Dimitris Diamantidis of Panathinaikos Athens followed with 9 assists, and leads the league with 7.8 assists per night. Bayern's Heiko Schaffartzik and MVP Huertas had 4 steals apiece.
