Chorale Roanne continued to prepare for its long-awaited return to the Euroleague by signing Brion Rush. The American combo-guard is an explosive scorer, who posted 20.2 points per game last season with Jesi in the Italian second division. Rush (1.86, 22) added 4.7 rebounds and 2.9 steals for Jesi in his first experience overseas. Before that he had a standout college career at Grambling State, where he was selected as the Southwestern Athletic Conference 2006 Men's Basketball Player of the Year. Rush led the SWAC in scoring his senior year with 25.8 ppg. – fifth best in the NCAA. He is known as a quick and athletic guard, who possesses great one-on-one ability and can score from any range. Rush is the third new player at Roanne for next season, joining Pierric Poupet and Raphael Wilson.
