Stelmet Zielona Gora started reinforcing its roster in getting ready to face Unics Kazan in the first round of the Turkish Airlines Euroleague Qualifying Rounds, with the announcement on Thursday of forward Chevon Troutman. Last season, Troutman (2.02 meters, 32 years old) was a German champ with FC Bayern Munich, where he averaged 6.8 points and 3.9 rebounds in 20 Turkish Airlines Euroleague appearances. In fact, Troutman had his best scoring night of the season against Zielona Gora, in a game where he scored 19 points, during the opening week of the regular season. Troutman played college ball in Pittsburgh from 2001 to 2005. Since then, he has mainly played in ASVEL of France, Avellino of Italy and Bayern, where he arrived in the middle of the 2011-12 season.
