Three months after he was accused of being involved in a hit-and-run accident outside a nightclub in Tel Aviv, Maccabi Elite point guard Will Bynum was completely cleared of wrongdoing by the city's district attorney on Sunday. All charges against Bynum were fully dropped and the case is closed, an official statement said: "It was found that Will Bynum was in tangible danger, and under these circumstances, in order to save himself, had to escape immediately by driving his car. Therefore, the advocacy decided the accident took place in circumstances that forced Bynum to protect himself. As a result, he's exempt of criminal responsibility."
