Anthony Parker - MaccabiTo the question of how one player can consistently achieve top performances in a Euroleague full of stars, Anthony Parker gave a clear answer while winning another MVP honor in Week 2 of the Top 16: just do it all. Parker's fifth weekly MVP honor of the season came during Maccabi's last-minute, 85-84 home win over Montepaschi in Group D. The victory featured all kinds of heroics, but Parker was the guy all over the court all night for Maccabi, rolling up an index rating of 40 by posting 22 points, 11 rebounds, 8 assists and 8 fouls drawn. Only one other Euroleague player rebounded better than the 1.98-meter Parker in Week 2 and none made more assists. Maccabi's top scorer on Thursday was center Nikola Vujcic, whose 30 points and 9 rebounds led to the week's next-best index rating, 38.
