Prokom inks Rafal Frank

Rafal Frank tries out for Prokom Prokom Trefl Sopot signed small forward Rafal Frank on Tuesday, the last day players can be added to rosters before the Top 16. Frank (200, 26) recently recovered from a knee injury. He signed a short-term deal as a replacement for forward Jeff Nordgaard, who is expected to be sidelined for 2 months. Frank averaged 6.2 points and 2.6 rebounds in 19 Polish League games last season. He also played for Czarni Slupsk, where he made his Polish League debut in 1997 and stayed in the club until he joined Polpak in summer 2005. He could make his Euroleague debut on Thursday in Spain against Winterthur FCB Barcelona.
