Brose Baskets keeps homegrown guard Tadda

Tucker, Karsten Tadda – Brose Baskets (Photo familiar face is set to stay in his hometown Bamberg for the next two years, as Brose Baskets announced a new agreement with guard Karsten Tadda to keep him in the team until the end of the 2013-14 season. Tadda (1.90 meters, 24 years old) averaged 2.4 points on 54.5% three-point shooting in 10 Turkish Airlines Euroleague games off Brose's bench last season. He started his career with TSV Troester Breitenguessbach and Baskets Nuernberg before joining Brose Baskets midway through the 2007-08 season. Tadda has helped Brose to win three consecutive German League titles from 2010 to 2012, as well as lifting the German Cup trophies in 2011 and 2012. He has also been a member of the German national team for the first time this season. Tadda helped the German U20 national team to win the gold medal at the European Division B Championships played in Targu Mures, Romania.
