Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv added more shooting touch to its perimeter with guard Tyler Dorsey who signed a one-year contract with an option for another season, the club announced on Saturday. Dorsey (1.96 meters, 23 years old) arrives from the NBA where spent time playing for Atlanta and Memphis the last two years, his first two professional seasons. After averaging 3.3 points in limited minutes with Atlanta in the first part of last season, Dorsey finished it with Memphis where he posted 9.8 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 21 appearances to end the season. He also briefly played in the G-League with Erie Bay Hawks and Memphis, and now he is set to make his Turkish Airlines EuroLeague debut. "With the signing of Tyler Dorsey, a very important player for us, we have successfully completed our roster", Maccabi coach Ioannis Sfairopoulos said. "Tyler is a really talented player and by playing at the highest level in Europe for Maccabi, he will have the chance to showcase what great things he can do."
