Olympiacos Piraeus bolstered its frontcourt for the remainder of the season with center Willie Reed, the club announced on Saturday morning. Reed (2.11 meters, 29 years old) has played in the G-League with Salt Lake last season and averaged 20.1 points, 11.3 rebounds and 1.8 steals. Over the last four seasons, he appeared in 152 NBA games with Brooklyn, Miami, Detroit and LA Clippers, and has averaged 4.9 points and 3.8 rebounds. During his professional career, he also played with Springfield, Reno, Grand Rapids and Iowa in the G-League, as well as Metros de Santiago in the Dominican Republic, and had a brief one-game stint with Hapoel Eilat in Israel. Reed is now set to make his Turkish Airlines EuroLeague debut.
