Khimki signs Robinson to short-term deal

Khimki Moscow Region signed big man Thomas Robinson to help fill the void in its frontcourt. The contract is for one month with an option for the remainder of the season. Robinson (2.08 meters, 28 years old) returns to Khimki, where he played the 2017-18 season and helped the team reach the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Playoffs. He averaged 8.2 points and 5.8 rebounds in 20 games that season. Robinson arrives from Sichuan of the Chinese League. He has also played for Beikong in China and Sacramento, Houston, Portland, Philadelphia, Brooklyn and Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA.
