Turkish Airlines EuroLeague newcomer AS Monaco was in the spotlight on Tuesday by staging its first Media Day in the principality.
Monaco has stepped up to Europe's elite basketball tournament after winning last season's 7DAYS EuroCup, and the men coached by Zvezdan Mitrovic stepped up in front of the cameras inside Stade Louis II for the traditional preseason photoshoots and interviews.
Some veteran new signings such as Leo Westermann, Will Thomas and Brock Motum have gone through the process many times before, but the majority of the Monaco roster were experiencing Media Day for the first time.
Donatas Motiejunas was in high demand as he returns to European basketball after nearly a decade away, and last season's EuroCup Finals MVP Rob Gray was among the EuroLeague newcomers happy to pose for the cameras.
Monaco's debut in the competition is just over a fortnight away, with a home game against Panathinaikos OPAP Athens on Thursday 30 September.
