A highlight of the One Team program at FC Barcelona Lassa last season came when that club's stars shared the court with local wheelchair basketball players. The wheelchair players from Barcelona's social partner, UNES AFA, had plenty of skills to show their professional hosts. One Team ambassador Phil Pressey was impressed by the strength and commitment of the wheelchair players – especially after he and his teammates tried to play while sitting down and rolling themselves!

The FC Barcelona One Team program, in cooperation with the FC Barcelona Foundation, helps participants with special needs feel recognized while enhancing their skills through sports. Complementary methodologies promote learning and the acquisition of many essential life skills while offering them access to a place where social values are the cornerstone of the educational activity.

One Team, supported by Turkish Airlines as the One Team Founding Patron and with the collaboration of Special Olympics as Proud Partner, uses basketball to achieve meaningful social impact in our communities across Europe and is supported by every club in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague and 7DAYS EuroCup.

Since its founding in 2012, the One Team program has already helped more than 16,000 participants through its various team-focused projects.
